Please fill out the redeeming person’s name under “Additional Information” in the “order details” box during checkout. Feel free to be descriptive with what they need and anything to make their experience the best and most effective!

Upon payment you will receive a gift certificate download which can be printed and filled out by hand. However, if the certificate is lost or can’t be printed the order details will be backed up in our database.

Please have the redeemer call as soon as possible to schedule the appointment. Gift certificates must be redeemed prior to the expiration date (365 days after purchase.)

Gift certificates are not transferrable, the name and info of the purchaser / redeemer will be verified prior to booking.

Gift certificates must be redeemed within 1 year of purchase.
