Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy: 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. An appointment reminder text is automatically sent 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you require canceling or rescheduling, please attempt to do so within a reasonable amount of time – no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment.

At our discretion, we reserve the right to apply a 50% service fee for last minute cancellations, no-calls and no-shows.

On-Time Policy: Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to fulfill our schedule and you will be required to pay the full amount. If time permits, we will do our best to accommodate the full session.

New clients should arrive 10 minutes early.

Inappropriate Behavior Policy: There is zero-tolerance for solicitations of any kind. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage therapy whatsoever. Failure to treat the therapist with dignity and respect will result in immediate termination of the session and appropriate follow-up actions will be taken.
